At the end, they said "Have a nice day". I hope they meant it.....
Overall observation: The panel was cordial although I wasn't able to make out their faces due to the distance from the screen . I was nervous throughout the interview but I think I managed to pull off an average performance. I had studied a bit of electronics & networking due to my engineering background but no questions were asked from that field. So, you should be prepared to face whatever questions are thrown at you. But no need to go out of the way to prepare yourselves. Just be confident and honest in what you know and who you are. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes. The experience was nice and I hope it is of use to future interviewees. All the best.
PS: It is better to take copies of originals attested by a Gazetted Officer to avoid any hassles of signing an undertaking. The people at the SIDBI office were friendly and cooperative. So feel free to share your queries.

why salaries and pension are non plan expenditure
Frnds I am having only pancard and bank passbook as my id proofs ... at the time of xam they won't allow me with the pan card bcoz of surname variation ... so I had given my xam by showing bank passbook... will they allow me for interview with my same bank passbook as id proof? Will it create any prblm?... pls help me out

Interview starts as usual with intro and they asked ques from my mba. no ques from banking sector 😞
1) X theory and Y theory
2) Maslows hierarchy of needs
3) Deceptive marketing
4) some management guru
5) And some ques related to management side
Atlast no use in notes taken by me through day and night abt SIDBI.
Any how i've managed to answer all but 2 questions.
My english was little rusty though. I have hope. Let's see what gonna happen
