"Today I talked to one of my college senior who is posted in Sidbi, Mumbai.During his time result was declared one and half month right after the exam which was based on pen and paper ( not online ). I asked him about working environment of sidbi and ibps romotion policy, Job location etc.I thought it's worth sharing with you all while we are eagerly waiting for the result. According to him(Posting his exact words)..

Ha to Sidbi ka exam diye tum..kya koi aur exam nhi mila..lol :-)..bahot pakau(result aa hig) organisation he ye..ye actually bank nhi h it's FI..yha koi public dealing nhi hoti..Sala main 5 saal se kaam kar rha hu bus ek promotion mila h..mere sath ke launde jo Ibps po join kiye 2-3 promotion le ke baithe hain..khair koi nhi ho jaye to join kar lena Salary acchi h..:-).job location big cities me hogi..mall wagairah honge aas paas paise udane ko.koi nhi preshan na ho online test tha na ek aadh week me result aa hi jaega...

guys 10th pass certificate nhi hai mere paas but i have my original DOB certificate and DOB is also mentioned on 10th marksheet. koi issue toh nhi hoga pass certificate na hone ka?
