Arey, Sir jee.. Ek question aaya tha naa Mock me! Goat tied at a corner of a Rectangle (14mx7m) with 21 m rope! Had to find the area, except the rectangle! Wo wala kiya tha aapne?? Mujhse to nhi hua tha!!
Haan kiya tha .. par main gadha.. saala rectangle bhi jod diya.. kyunki mujhe laga.. gaaye ko agar charna hai .. to rectangle ke andar bhi charegi :splat:

Uska solution to aa gaya, wohi kiya tha maine jo solution me tha ..

Concept of meeting points on a circle:

Speed in the ratio m:n
1. Opposite direction => (m+n) meeting points, at 2pi*k/(m+n) , where k = 0,1...m+n-1
2. Same direction => (m-n) meeting points, at 2pi*k/(m-n), where k = 0,1,..m-n-1

I don't have OA:

x + 2y + 3z = 45 (Number of possible integer solutions, x,y,z >=0)

agar ratio 3:5 hai to opp direction me 8 meeting points kahan hote hain :wow:

2 hai ?
Tn = n^2 + 3n + 1 / (n^2) * ( n+1)^2 => n*(n+ 1) + 2n+ 1 / (n^2)*(n+1)^2
=> Tn = (1/n - 1/(n+1)) + ( 1/n^2 - 1/(n+1)^2))
Affirmative sir.. answer 2 hi hai!!

aise question hum to hadd gandi tarah karte hain z=1 fir x+2y=42 isme bahut lamba ho jaayega :banghead:...wo tab hi theek hai jab sirf ek 2 ya 3 ho

276 hai kya?? I guess.. sab se 23,22,21... solns aa rhe hai respectively.. on putting z=0,1,2,3... till 15!!

Yeh circle hai . To kitne honge ? Kal se yeh meeting points ka concept pareshaan kar raha hai ...
45, 90, 135, 180,225,270,315, 360 .. => Yeh hone chahiye naa ?

Mere 192 aa rahe hai..

z = 0 -> x+ 2y = 45 => 23 solutions
z = 1 -> x + 2y = 43 => 22 solutions
z = 2 -> x + 2y = 39 => 20 solutions
...
(23 + 22) + (20 + 19) + .... (2 +1) = (3 + 45) * 8/2 = 192

a) 8
b) 6

8 ?

f(x) = x*(x+1)/2 ..Observation

g(x) = g(x-1) + x*(x+1)/2
x=> x+1 and add
g(x+1) - g(x-1) = (x+1)^2

=> g(10) - g(8) = 10^2

g(8) - g(6) = 8^2
g(6) - g(4) = 6^2
g(8)- g(4) = 10^2

k = 8

Some formulae:

1. Perfect numbers = (2^(p-1))* (2^p - 1)
2. LCM X HCF = product of numbers

3. Lateral surface area of a cube/cuboid = 4a^2 / 2*(lh+bh)
4. Total surface area of a cube = 6a^2 / 2*(lh + bh + lb)

5. Total number of functions from A (n) -> B (m) = n^m

jitna mujhe pata hai 3:5 is similar to 1:3 jiske 4 meeting point honge 90 180 270 360

Thanks for 5! Waise, Onto, Into functions bhi bataa do!!
And, Mean, median and mode me kya relation hota hai??
