some of the awesome things in mumbai --
Food -- you can have a different variety of food everyday for the whole year.
Nightlife -- the best in the country
Festivals --- never seen people celebrate every small festival soooo much. just be out on streets during any festival it is a spectacle.
Marine Drive -- the place where you can just spend couple of hours everyday.
Arts,theater -- some of the best shows in the country.
Safe -- can say major parts of mumbai are pretty safe. just keep out of couple shady areas. girls roaming around in groups past mid-night is a pretty common scene.
getaways -- some amazing weekend getaways around -- although this holds true for Delhi and Bangalore too.
it gets a bit expensive though and you have to end up living in a smaller place. but as i said you get some you loose some.

The management quota has been scrapped from the session 2011-2013. And just a word of caution - beware of emails and smses promising you seats in NMIMS through any sort of management quota.

ankur sir .. bt i knw 3 students persnly jinka NMAT mai cuttoff bhi clear nhi hua tha... and thy hav been able to secure admisn in nmims (2 in HR & 1 in core) ... and thy are nt NRI (so tis quota is nt applicable to them)... i was shell shocked aftr knwng tis...
