@rachit_28 I came to know the answer ..tumne jo pucha tha naa... usme "starting after 1st year" hai.. isliye mera answer thoda change ho jayega.. maine "starting 1 year" ko "starting 1st year" maan liya..

@YouMadFellow Even mine. method :let the first instt be x, 2nd-2x,3rd-3x
([{(12820*1.1-x)*1.1}-2x]*1.1)-3x= 0
solve the above for x.
Ans is 2662

I'm taking it as SI instead of CI. MAybe this is a facepalm moment but I'm not sure how to decide SI or CI here

ya fir agar 'hence' ki wajah se kuch panga hai then ---> 2*1331*10^3/11^3 = 2000

@rachit_28 Tum sahi samajh rahe ho.. but sab log bas direct formula laga rahe hai.. yeh nahi dekh rahe ki 12820 pe interest NAHI lagana hai.. kyunki wohi to amount 3 years hence due hai !
