Using relative velocity concept: Imagine one to be stationary, and only the other to be moving
If that other guys covers half circle in 12 minutes -> Quarter circle in 6 minutes
Also, after every 12 minutes, the guy is again at a quarter distance
=> 6 + 12k .. 144 doesn't satisfy !
