@SufyS D mein ya toh comma hatalo ya lagalo, sentence parallel hona jaroori h.. C ke liye get sentence padhne mein jyaada appropriate lag raha h.. D option hi hona chahiye.. A kuch clear nah h.. Grammar ka koi bharosa bhi nahi h, roz naye naye rule pata lagte hain..

Going by option Only B
oa is given as Only B...but i too have doubts regarding other substances.....
in first we can replace...What has by What are?? is it correct and in D what should be in place of Climate has changed? if it is incorrect

@yashasvi5 'what are' is wrong in the first sentence.. About D I think he is explaining a phenomenon that occurs due to shift in orbit.. The phenomenon is climate.. 'Climate changes occur' and rest of the sentence follows in present tense..
