there is a difference between "to + verb" and "that...".
Rule - infinitive is used to show purpose or a futuristic action. Refer this post of mine :
http://www.pagalguy.com/forums/verbal-ability/sentence-correction-cat-2012-t-74732/p-3051705/r-3644556
with "that", its the case of subjunctive -
bossy verb + that + subject + be verb..... ( option 4 adhers to this ),
if you are a grammar greek - then you can directly eliminate A and B because of "lesser".
hope this helps !!
Money is a means to an end.

Is it correct?

@brixcel Yes I think that was the error
@chemicalsaurabh TO

I have some queries:
1.) What is the mistake in this sentence: "His work is superior to mine".
2.) Which one is correct: "Speak to someone" or "speak with someone"
3.) Is this sentence gramatically correct: "I have already submitted my assignment"

@gag01
1)It should be "His work is superior than mine."
2)Follow this example..
e.g: "I.d like to speak to Mrs. Johnson, please." (on the phone) or
"I'd like to speak with Mrs. Johnson, please." (on the phone).

I'd say the main difference is this.
a)speak to Here, it's possible that the other party will just listen.
=>Yesterday, George Bush spoke to 1,000 Republicans.
=>Tom's father spoke to him because Tom was not doing his homework.
So, the phrase is not related to importance or the size of the group.
b)speak with This suggests a conversation, that the other party also speaks. To me, 'with' is less formal.
3)correct.
@ankit043
"superior" is always followed by "to". hence ur correction is incorrect.
