can i apply to the universities in U.S. and send my applications for round two or three if i give my exam by end of november or early december. is it difficult to seek admission in round 2 or 3 because of the tough competition and limited availability of seats as i have graduated this year only and applying to other management courses like M.S. in finance or management.will the universities wait for toefl scores after i submit my gmat scores because most probabaly ill be able to give toefl exam only one and half months after gmat.
