Sebi has already mentioned that "
Candidates would have to secure minimum
40% cut -off marks separately for each test in order to qualify
for Phase II" So SEBI should keep the promise for 40% Marks.
As SEBI protect the Investor, In same manner SEBI should protect assipirants Who had faced exam with strategy by keeping 40 % Cut-OFF.
It should not happen like 20% of assipirants had scored 150+ with failing 40% Cut off criteria and SEBI remove criteria.
In any exam one should always adhere with Guidilnes provided.
