Any score is good if it helps in putting a strong case in the schools you are targeting.Check where does your score falls w.r.t. the 80% median range of your target school.As far as ISB is concerned,last year GMAT score of successful applicants ranged from 620-770.My $0.02, focus on the other parts of app;essays,recos; without brooding too much over your score as 710 would put you on the list of prospects for most of the schools as far as GMAT is concerned.(of course, you may have to give a second thought if it's ivy-league you are targeting)

Most of the schools consider the overall score without worrying too much about the individual section scores.If its verbal score that is bothering you,it can be further strengthened by AWA score and the TOEFL/IELTS.

I got 5.0/6.0 in AWA. I could have scored a little bit more in verbal but I was almost exhausted during the last 30 mins of the test. Anyways, there is no point in mentioning it now.

That's what GMAT does to you.It always leave you wanting more.It happens with everybody and you are no exception.

As del@pg has mentioned, you've done well enough to be considered by adcoms at the better programs out there. So though you could work to get a better score if you have the time, it's not mandatory.

Why? Well the GMAT score is typically used by the adcoms as the first filter to decide whether or not to consider your application in the first place. You can think of this filter as being two buckets. One is the 'For Consideration' bucket and the other is the 'Rejected' bucket. If you fall within the 80% GMAT score you'll likely be considered unless there is something else in your application that disqualifies you out right.

Focus on the rest of your profile to highlight your ability to be that leader of tomorrow which all top MBA programs want coming out of their programs. Where have you done some really cool things inside and outside of your job that have impacted others in a positive way?
