Scope of HR in small firms

Hello people, I am currently working as a sole HR person with a company not less than 15 people. I am a newbie in this field. As an aspiring HR, I took up this job shifting from backoffice to the core HR activity. My question is how much is the scope of HR working with small organizations? I would be switching to other organization after an yr or two. Is it true that HR professionals get less salary in the organization. What steps I need to take to make myself competent for leadership profile in brand companies. ?

HR i.e., human resources are crucial for every organization as the company cannot grow without manpower. I read many articles speaking about the scope of human resources in each sector. We have made the awareness amongst the youngsters to broaden their vision for taking up a course in human resources. We done that and we have been successful making up the mind of the individuals. I am going to write about the aspiring HR professionals who are wanting to know the scope of HR in very small start ups.

I am working as a sole HR person in a small firm consisting not more than 15 employees. Prior working this organization, I was in the backend process in some top Human Resource outsourcing firm. I wanted to ask the experts here what is my actual scope of working in HR faculty in such a small firm.
