i just want to know how much of percentile or marks required to get into this institute...... can u help me.. i know nothng abt SCIT......

WELLL dear it depends on the specializations u want to apply for.For ITBM it has an cutoff between 70-75...nw as now its not pgdbm its MBA think cutoff may rise depends on snap....

im a graduate from biotechnology with interest in IT. i hav a basic knowledge of computers but not stuff like programming n all which people from engg. or BCS background have with them....

What i wanted to know is whether i can have bright prospects in IT field in future if i do ITBM from Symbi or is it dat my counterparts with engg. or BCS will always b preferred....???

Hi Prasad,
I'm currently working for IT-Telecommunications Industry for 18 months and have a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering(NIT)...expecting around 45-50 in SNAP'07...what are my chances of getting through SCIT? I want to specialise in telecom or information security...which one would you advise me to opt for?

i have got gd/pi call for scit systems.could you please tell whether the gd and pi are on the same date (or even with in the 1-2 days interval).earlier it was mentioned in the website that the pi (probably the II round) would be 1 week later.
