Time for my post. How many of you know that Abdul kalam was rejected as a pilot(not sure) 9 of them were in final stage of selection 8 got selected and the only other was Dr Abdul Kalam. Didnt he deserve the post if not how can he get into DRDO and then become the president and even get Bharat Ratna? He definitely deserved but God planned for him something better. Many of the failures here might read read ur own story in CSR or BA or other articles that a man who didnt clear SBI made it to RBI or Civil Services. Who knows. So rather than crying over split milk prepare next time in a way so as to set a benchmark of success.

I have filed RTI seeking sectional cutoff marks. They can not say it to be zero. Because 0 is never a cutoff.And if the cutoff was 0 they should have declared it. So now the game has begun.

Doston SBI ne is baar koi sectional cut off nahi rakha hai. Overall cut off pe selection hua hai.
Ab jo log itni choti baat nahi samajh sakte toh it can be easily understood that aise ladkon ka kyun selection nahi hua.

The truth is- you can never know what they r looking for in a gd. Maybe they prefer a soft-spoken person who waits for his turn or hopes for a chance to speak. They never said they were looking for leadership, communication skills and knowledge. They might not require someone who can bring a group of 10 to agree upon a conclusion but someone who just listens to everyone and nods in agreement. Every institution looks for different qualities and we as candidates should respect their judgement.
