hi guys as this year mains paper was very tough the cut off would have been decreased alot.so,final score depends upon the interview and gd.so, when they are deciding the final cut off,i guess their would have been a tie as many are near the margin and either they have to take more members or less members.so,i guess they are trying to bring a solution to it.that could be a genuine reason i guess
