In view of the SC verdict of doing away with exception clause of IPC 375-
Section 375 in The Indian Penal Code
1[375. Rape.—A man is said to commit “rape” who, except in the case hereinafter excepted, has sexual intercourse with a woman under circumstances falling under any of the six following descriptions:—
(First) — Against her will.
(Secondly) —Without her consent.
(Thirdly) — With her consent, when her consent has been obtained by putting her or any person in whom she is interested in fear of death or of hurt.
(Fourthly) —With her consent, when the man knows that he is not her husband, and that her consent is given because she believes that he is another man to whom she is or believes herself to be lawfully married.
(Fifthly) — With her consent, when, at the time of giving such consent, by reason of unsoundness of mind or intoxication or the administration by him personally or through another of any stupefying or unwholesome substance, she is unable to understand the nature and consequences of that to which she gives consent.
(Sixthly) — With or without her consent, when she is under sixteen years of age. Explanation.—Penetration is sufficient to constitute the sexual intercourse necessary to the offence of rape.
Exception—Sexual intercourse by a man with his own wife, the wife not being under fifteen years of age, is not rape.] STATE AMENDMENT
Now this exception has been removed by the SC i.e sex with underage wife is rape.
Dissatisfied with SBI this year. They should give definite date for result. It blocks other avenues and one has to wait for so long without any definite waiting time. Really dissdisappointed. Not even this final result, but whole process is so

Guys this idiot @DrugAdddict is out there with his friends boozing/ smoking , he posts such messages either to have fun or maybe he is one of those people who gets sadistic pleasure in making people nervous or by wasting their time. the more we comment the more we provide fodder to him and his friends to have fun at our expense.. so lets collectively ignore such idiots., Result will come when it has to come..advance notice on when it is about to come will not change whats written in our destiny.
Recently i have joined a PSB through IBPS 2016. Trust me once you join a bank you will have no time for any other thing. So i will advice you all to make most of this time by doing something constructive( reading , hobby , focus on health, spending with family).Also i have seen some ppl comment ki ab padha nahi jata and bass job mil jaye types... i will say plz chuck this attitude as soon as possible bcz though PO is public sector job there is nothing like "assured promotions after'X' number of years " except i guess the first promotion...you have to continously keep urself updated not just on domain knowledge of banking but also on operational knowledge...almost everyday we receive some circulars which require us to update knowledge over something which we thnk we have gained proficiency on, So plz enter banking only with an attitude to learn and update urself. Otherwise you will not grow and then bank jobs will be quite frustrating.
