Please clarify. 2) at the time of doc verification I had provided PROVISIONAL certificate of my graduation as university still hasn't issued the original certificate and there after I have to give a declaration. Now the person who did doc verification said if you get the job then provide your Original certificate, do I still need that original certificate? Cause then I have to go to the university which is far from where I live. Please help me.

If I give notice period now after serving 1month, I need to pay two months or all the 3 months... If any other suggestions also most welcomed... Thanks
Hello Puys ! Today while going through PG I came across some posts which showed the apprehensions of certain candidates in joining as a bank PO.
Primary being the fact that its a HECTIC job. Agree its a definitely hectic job and I would like to share my story here :
I have worked with a premier pvt sector bank for two years in the managerial grade(won't take the name) and yes it was challenging, strenuous and tiring . Everyday waking upto new targets is not an easy job plus there is added peer and seniority pressure from the direct reporting authority.
Now the question arises that if I was aware of these drawbacks then why did I again come back to the same stream ?
The answer lies in the fact that SBI is not any bank . It is something everybody wants : money,respect,social security and status.
Everybody would crib about something or the other and its human nature not to be satisfied with what we have . We always like the other's lunch box more .
Since it has been quite a long post ; I would only like to say " A job which doesn't throw challenges(of course safe ones) at you , actually doesn't let you grow as well . SO WEIGH YOUR OWN INTERESTS AND THEN CHOOSE A CAREER OPTION ; DON'T LET OTHERS OPINION AND EXPERIENCE MAKE DESICIONS FOR YOU ALWAYS ....ALL THE BEST FOR EVERYTHING PUYS 😄
