How many obc candidates are there who have cleard general cut off?
I would like to state one thing, no one can know who qualified under which category before the results come out. Of course generals have just 1 option so they know. And who so ever is posting here obc qualified under general and all are just writing baseless things.

So here it goes. After few calculations I have tried to uncover the no. of candidates called for Interview in each category (This is my personal thought and not to scare or offend anyone)
SInce it is being said that SBI tries to call Candidates in ratio of 1;3 for Interview. So unreserved cat being at the top should be first maintained by ratio proporton.
Here is the breakup of ratio of candidates in UR and other categories.
Gen - 2543 -1028 - 2.47
If I calculate it for 1:3 then 1028*3=3084 candidates should be called in UR cat for Interview. So people from other cat who may have cleared General cutoff might be 3084-2543= 541 (approx. and most of them will be OBC candidates who may have cleared General cutoff)
Respectively for OBC since 1791 candidates were called for Interview so from above considering 500 candidates were with UR cutoff so those left with OBC Cutoff are 1300. Now this gives the Idea that actual OBC ratio was approx 1:2.
For other 2 categories I presume that ratio was 1:1 (except ST )

No expectations yet waiting for result
For every year they have kept objective cut off same for OC OBC and SC. THAT is 80 ,70,70. So number ratio is not applied at this point. After filtering students at this point they will correct the descriptive and then the number ratio will be applied. For every they have called students in the ratio around 3.2. This year also they might have wanted to do the same. My presumption is that only 2428 students from general scored above 80 in mains and 1772 from obc scored above 70 and same for SC ST. So cut off may be 80+ least descriptive score for UR and respectively for other categories. I dnt know whether any other guy posted this. I thought about this . just wanted to share this
how many of u have given undertaking to submit character certificate at the time of joining???wont it create a problem??
The preference will be given to agricultural allied sectors at which stage in rrb scale 1 officers??interview???
just want to say something about cutoff (UR) 2011- mains cutoff 110 -final 49.6 2013- mains cutoff 151- final 62 2014-mains cutoff 112- final 55.2 2015- mains cutoff 124.25- final 58.xx note-cutoff in 2011 out of 200 was 86 and out of 250 it was 110.
Today we are eagerly waiting for results, when the results will be declared, we will again wait for a week for marks to be released and then for letter for posting and then for joining. There is no end for waiting. We should leave this waiting and predictions part aside and start working constructively towards our next goal. The waiting only creates the fear in the mind about the results and distract ouself from studies.
This year they will decrease written(objective only) cutoff such that UR:70 OBC:60 in the same way for SC :50=ST...As no sufficient ST candidates crossed that 50 marks... They have called only those ST candidates who area above 50 in written.. That's why only 44 ST candidates were called for GDPI despite of 200+ vacancies... This is the truth whether you believe it or not...Check last year score card... You can able to realise
After a lot of study and deliberations, here's my analysis:
1. The result will be declared.
2. If you score more than the final cutoff, you'll be in the list, irrespective of the category you belong to.
3. You'll be happy to see your roll number in the PDF.
