How are the seats allocated in IBPS RRB as they are different in number for various states
Done with interview few minutes ago...
My descriptive was ok, maintained the pattern , question mark was given , writing skillis are good too...but made few spelling mistakes in essay as time was short and I was in hurry, more like typing errors. Letter writing is perfect no spelling mistakes no problem. Expected Marks ? Any guesses?

Today finished with gdpi...bkc Mumbai. Background : bcom. Questions in interview. 1. What is money laundering 2. What is budget deficit 3. What is capital adequacy ratio , how to calculate it .? 4. What is the difference between reserves and provisions .? 5. What are essentials of a valid contract? 6. Article 370. 7. Tell me structure of share capital in a company. 6. Why both the side of balance sheet always match ? That's it
Interview today in Kolkata. 8 AM slot, Panel 1. It was a pretty normal experience. Almost too normal, a part of me thinks.
First a little background. I did my B Tech from NIT Durgapur and passed out this year, 2016. Currently working in Tata Steel and hoping to work in SBI as a PO in the future. That's about it. You blokes aren't interested in my life story, so let's get to the point.
We got seated in a conference room initially. Large room, plush and prim, like you would expect. There, our documents were verified, bio-metrics taken yadi yadi yada. GD started at 9 AM sharp, in another room. There were 2 gentlemen (retired SBI guys) present in the room. Side note, one of them had the zipper on their trousers totally open, whether on purpose to test our restraint and self control or by accident, God knows.
Our GD topic was 'Are NGO's working for the benefit of others or for their own vested interest?'. We spoke pretty okay, all of us. It was a good group, very civil and organized. No one spoke over the other, there was no screaming and shouting, nothing like that. A good, healthy discussion. Personally, I spoke a few times regarding a few different points and thought it went ok.
Next, our prioritization topic was 'Qualities of a Transparent Leader'. We had to rank the qualities and arrive at a consensus. I and a couple of others chose pro-activeness at no.1 and the rest chose communication skills as no.1. Ultimately, seeing about 8/10 people going with communication, I too changed, with proper reasons, to communication. I guess this was somewhat important, as it showed the panel that while I may believe or want something else, in the end, I was willing to sacrifice my personal wants for the good of the group. Or maybe they thought I am flimsy as hell and gave me a 1/20! Who knows?
Next we went for the interview. Mine was the last slot. Every interview, including mine, lasted 10-12 mins max. There were 5 people in my panel- 4 gentlemen and 1 lady. One guy did not ask me anything as he arrived a bit late but the others asked me. The normal 'why bank after b tech' and then the chairman(I think) asked me to describe the Indian banking scenario currently. I talked a bit about technology, how it is being integrated etc etc. I also incorporated Digital India into my points. I also mentioned relevant stuff about SBI, 27 public banks and stuff like that. He also asked me about 3 government schemes exclusively related to banking and I couldn't answer.
Next, the lady asked me about the US Presidential Elections and the issues Trump is upholding. I answered as much as I knew. Then, another person asked me to name all the states and capitals, of North-East India. I did. Missed Sikkim, as he reminded me. The last guy asked me about chess(as I gave chess as my hobby) and I answered well.
Bas, kam khatam, paisa hazam! One food packet later, I was out of there like a box of matches. Don't know how it went to be honest, specially the interview. Just seemed short and just....weird. The GD went okay. Let's see. Hope springs eternal, as they say. Attempted 113 in mains and got 72 in prelims.
So, yeah, let's see. All the best to anyone who's still to give the interview. Keep cool, keep calm and ace it.

They have already given marks for descriptive right? I mean I didn't put the number for descriptive, is that gonna be an issue?🤔
Does scoliosis make you ineligible for bank exams? Anybody?

Yesterday during interview tim...I talked to hr she said Final result on 30th Sept and joining on 30 Oct
Friends during my gd pi ,i had to give undertaking to give original provisional certificate bcoz mine is digital one with barcode.But as I am a fresher getting provisional within 7days is difficult job ,is it okay to submit it during joining(if selected)??need your kind suggestions ,help me out..

Ei dusre exams jaise ki LIC AAO, NABARD Grade A, RBI (assistant+Grade B ), isme general awareness kya aata hain? Static stuff like SSc CGL or dynamic stuff like current affairs or a mixture of both?

Cut off predictions for general s plz. attempted 100, 15-18(5 in gk included) sure shot wrong. PI Was good.Gd was messy for the whole group, so average gd.. so ........ Somebody help me to reduce my tension level. Thank you.
Done wid interview..i m a b.com graduate but not a single question from it...it was more like a discussion rather than rapidfire question answers..questions was wat do u think about donald trump and bullet train should come to india even there are ny underprivileged people in our country.wat good it would do..whats r opinion .done within 10-12 mins..seriously dont know hws my interview as they didnt ask ny question related to banking or commerce..wats ur views puys??

As they called for interview in ratio around 1:2 did they call for each catagory and ph in the same ratio
