Document verirfication went smooth. Staff conducting is very helpful. No worries just have all documents needed.
Then our lunch coupon were given n they rtold us to return in 1/2 hour.
After that it was GD TIME!!!
2 Personel were conducting Gd. They explained us rules n everything. Its group discussion not debate, so have healthy discussion n try to reach consensus n most importantly contribute. Language Eglish or Hindi(unless someone objects)
GD Topic phase I : Net neutrality Good or Bad
We didnt reach consensus but it was good discussion
GD Topic phase II : Sustainble devlopent of human civilizaition
8 aspects given n 5 minutes to prioritise
After that discussion went on without reaching consensus we ran out of time again!!
In GD it is desirable to reach consensus but its not always possible
Then in hour Interview started

Didnt fumble as much as in last interviews better than avg interview I'll say.
Be calm composed n relaxed. Its not that nervewrecking!! Go in there just do what u do normally. Try to answer honestly n show good comm skills

What SBI did this year is commendable. They have been rotating the Interviewers everyday. Not only the panel is changing but also the GD instructers are being rotated. So much they have done this year that prediction of Cutoff and marks is getting difficult itself. The variation in GD/PI marks is expected. It might be lucky for some and unlucky for others. It will depend upon who got a happy panel on a lucky day. Not much to say now as only 2 more days and Interviews will be finshed. Chances of selection of more for deserving candidates who did well in Mains exam. All the best puys...
And with some quirks in GD, I am done with Interview finally. It went very smooth because I was asked 4-5 questions only. Interview went only for 6 minutes. Among the panel of 4, they asked 1 question each excpet for the lady who asked 3 questions. I answered them with all the knowledge I had. But one thing I was amazed that they did not enquired me about my Graduation. I did my Engineering from one of NITs ( NIT Bhopal) but nothing was asked from there. Before going for Interview everyone had said that be ready with your college tag as it might be an added advantage as SBI prefer candidates from reputed colleges. But it does not seem to be ....
PUYs do you think they have had discussed about it among them. The Interview also seemed very short in duration. Do I stand any chance of getting advantage of having my graduation from NIT. And If it does not I am surely out as Mains exam was a borderline case.
Someone who had this kind of situation last year please elude me to happiness.

Someone told me that there was a student from general category was selected for interview having been attempted only 65 question in mains. IS IT POSSIBLE??
To me they asked to name any 5 south indianIndian state with their capital.i didnot know Maharashtra and Goa are not south Indian state s .
Also they asked the state with lowest percapita income.why are the asking gs questions when it has already been tested in mains?

Guys while registering for IBPS PO I gave some random date after my final exams as date of passing(As there is no particular date of passing mentioned on my certificates apart from certificate generated dates which are different for every body). I am a 2014 graduate. Will it be a problem at any stage of the recruitment process? Please clarify me.

everyytime I wasn't able to answer a question they told me that they don't judge a candidate by her factual knowledge....but i couldn't answer for the dance form of Kerala...will that cost me a lot
