Bhai log, college ka har semester ka percentage me Kya likhna hai bcz what I got from college is sgpa for each semester and then at last they gave cgpa for all four year .

1. 2(c): District and state to which you belong.CURRENT jaha hun wo likhna h ya Birth waala.
2(B) as i am from lucknow ( birthplace district kya likhu??\
2.9th point mine is a dual degree 5yr Integrated B.Tech+M.TECh
how should I fill that total marks obtained mine was on a cgpa basis and involves 5 yr 10 semesters.

4. Page no. 6 in biodata form as i am general not applied to me so page attach karna h if so har blank mein N/A likhna h??

For WBUT students -- guys, as our university doesn't award percentage so I have left all semesters percentage column blank..but what should I write in total percentage column of graduation? Should I leave that column also blank or should I use the conversion formula( DGPA-0.75)*10 that we used while filling the application form?? Plz help..TIA
