I don't have an OBC certificate. Its in the process. Will they allow me for the interview process. On what ground declaration (Obc) is being asked? Pl guide.

After that lunch . Not 5 starer but good ... Experienced people plz respond....were you required to submit both to and from tickets or they were giving travel allowance using one ticket only..i don't gave reservation for returning so will they still give full fare?
