RBI imposed a penalty on 13 banks for KYC and FEMA violations. I believe RBI is much stricter regulatory agency than SEBI, IRDA and other regulatory agency in India as I do not see as much action from other agency. Pour your view guys.

Sub: Regarding the missing SBI Debit Card
This is to inform you about the missing debit card of SBI, Account No. xxxxxxxxxx, Ekta Nagar Branch at Gorakhpur.
Yesterday, when I went to shop at the market, I used my debit card for payment for atleast 2-3 times and lost the card in process at one of the shops maybe. I am worried what would happen if that card gets in wrong hands.
So, please first of all block the debit card of the account no. mentioned above and reissue a new debit card for further use. I will be highly obliged if you consider my case and take action regarding the same.
