1) there were 3 options for letter ( 10 marks)
-letter to bank manager to restore overdraft facility which was discontinued from 6 months.
- letter to bank manager to know credit history of someone
-letter to a glass company about telling loss due to broken glass in supply ( something was like that)
2) paragraph writhing (8)
- peaceful use of atomic energy
- the dignity of labour...... one more was there starting from the stitches
3) a passage related to banking ( 10 marks) there were about 5 que. based on the passage. it was simple.
4) precis a paragraph on importance of natural resources in starting primary industry
5) eassy (12 marks)
-role of newspaper in remodeling India or world ( don't remember xctly)
-the future of banking industry

GK-Dont go expecting it as a cakewalk...marketing questns were bit confusing...rest was fine..bt i repeat not easy
Eng-Average..2 rc..one simple and one related to economy..
Reasn- time consuming bt relatively easy..no figures wale question
lastly the devil...DI...what the f@#k was tht..all 50 DI and each single set confusing and required tedious calculation..horrrible !!!

Morning Shift 15th june......
English :- 2 unseen passages one based on economy n other on how internet is useful in studies.The economy one was difficult n d other was moderate.
Level-moderate to difficult (according to me)
GA :- computer based questions were very easy like computer part that we can touch,language of computer,why scanner is used,on which data computer process......sorts.Marketing & banking were also not that difficult some of the questions that i remember are environment day observed on,SLR full form,chief justice of India,padmabhushan,4 p's of marketing,people voted in election,people observed in census 2011,word's highest building till 2010.......
Level-easy to moderate
DI :- Since I find this part most difficult it was too lengthy because there was so much to calculate. I got stuck in many questions....
My advice will be just go through all d questions u might not find them as difficult as they look.
Level - for me it was difficult
Reasoning- Sitting arrangement,ranking,inferential reasoning, syllogism(easy), assumptions according to a given statement.
Level - easy to moderate
Note :- please don't go in accordance with the options given in mahendra's st as here dey r totally different so keep an eye on this part.
Descriptive part :- Precise based on banks n their strategies to revive economy.
passage was based on Internet
essay topics :- investment benefit through mutual funds.

Letter :- to boost your friend's moral who is sitting for civil service examination for the third time.

my sbi po was on the 14 th morning shift ,i attempted 123 questions in all but could attempt only 15 in the di section as it was very lengthy,descriptive was kinda ok what could be the possible cut off ?
Passage :
Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below:
M, V, S, Q, R, N, T, B, Y are sitting around a circular table facing the centre but not necessarily in the same order. R is sitting next to B, which is not neighbour of Y and S. Two persons are sitting between Q and M. M and R are not neighbours. V who is neighbour of T. S is sitting to the left of Q on 4th position. Y is sitting on the immediate right of Q who is neighbour of V and N is not the neighbour of S.

Guys how do you solve circular arrangement problems in which some attributes e.g profession/ hobby are given? I tried so many times but couldn't solve is there any trick or should i try the truth table way and then make arrangements?
how were the DI questions exactly puys?? were they too much time consuming or were they difficult to formulate/tabulate?

GA/comp/markt- easiest among all sections. GK was straightforward and trivial. Computer was from basics. Marketing could be done by selectively removing the options. I could attempt 47.
ENGLISH- difficulty level more or less similar to previous year Question paper. Attempt-38
DI- If you are expecting on the lines of previous lines , you will be shocked. I was scrolling through out to find one problem which seems less time consuming, I failed. Could hardly do any. Attempt-11
Reasoning- It did not surprise. I could do 29.

15june paper. DI killed me rest was ok
DI too lengthy and caculative I found if u can attempt 15-20with 100% accuracy that's enough
GK easy no need to worry
Reasoning as usual like ibps type little bit higher than that
ENglish same as ibps
i feel DI going too be hard for all papers so just try to concentrate on accuracy because paper sab ko tough hi lag raha h.

Hi Guys can you tell me how SBI paper interface is different from Mahendra ST
can someone provide the link for sample DI questions like one appeared today and yesterday - i dont see a point doing all those not so tough DI questions again and again.Mahendras ST are OK types you can still touch 30 but it would be very helpful if someone can post like the one appeared in the paper ??
