Got 103 in sbi po 2014(106 cutoff for INTVW)..Got only 22/50 in Descriptive.My English is pretty decent(35/50-in Verbal sectional).Would my hand-writing have played a part(ppl who correct are pretty lame,id assume if that was the case)..or is 22/50 like average?

i am in clerical in psu bank.and in call letter it is mentioned that if you r working in a govt. orgn then should have no objection certificate at the time of interview.i.e. noc,,,,,but my bank is not willing to give me noc.INTERVIEW ON 23 JAN
so is there any provision for undertaking system....at the time of interview ???i mean ki at the time of interview i will give undertaking and will i be allowed to give undertaking at the time of interview?plzzzzzz replyyy who all have authentic information about it?????????????
