Hello everyone. I got 54.8 and hence failed. The marksheet has been really shocking as I got little more than expected in GD+PI but got penalized heavily in descriptive. I attempted all the question and my grammar too is quite ok, but right now looking at the marksheet I am clueless why I got only 21/50 in Des. If someone has scored above 35 kindly discuss how one should attend Descriptive and what are the minute points that should be well taken care of.

Has any one from Bangalore circle spoken with the HR about the appointment letters and whether we will be placed directly to branches or be sent to training centres? Also about the place of reporting?
Train reservation and all other associated things will become a concern if there is further delay.

Well, I finally understood what is the value of 0.1 !!! Cut of for General was 55.20 and I just sneaked in with 55.30 !! Extremely lucky to get into SBI!! Got 100 in Objective. 26 in Descriptive. 35/50 in GDPI.. Total: 161/300.

Despite scoring good marks in Objective + Descriptive ,why some candidates was failed in gd/pi(less than 20 out of 50). And those who are successful was given very good marks(more than 30). I hope you guys help unsuccessful candidates in analyzing their mistakes.
(A) When people qualify with similar marks in objective,they all have almost similar intellectual level.So one the reason is bad attitude,arrogant behavior in gd/pi.
(B)There are candidates who was preparing for UPSC,RBI exams so they thought that these candidates will not serve for long time.It's better to fail them in gd/pi level.
(C)Yes ,these candidates have intellectual level but they don't have the skills to tackle GD and interview.
(D)They are partial towards some candidates who are son/daughter/relative of some SBI staff.
Medical ke time pe SBI walon ne kisi ko bola kya ki wo suspected hain. Isliye abhi medical wala letter nahi milega..kuch din me fir se mail aayega and wait till then? And was anyone asked to recall questions of written or lab number in which they wrote exam? Especially at patna centre?
