Heyyy puys..has anyone from bangalore circle received a mail or information????I called the LHO today they said they have dispatched the letters..god knows when it'll reach us!!!
Received mail from Lucknow LHO.. Told to visit on 10 n 11th. Guys has anyone been successful in convincing them to conduct the medical after 20th??? This is a big problem..
Any idea when the scorecards will be out?

" Congratulations on our selection as PO in SBI.. For details pls visit Banks website". Wonder why so late? Is this official intimation?( as we already know our results, pub. on 29th)

got mail from new delhi circle for medical on 19th december.....i have send them a mail inorder to change the date stating csm exam from 14th to 20th dec..lets see if they reschedule it..had anybody got their medical examination rescheduled..?
Finally received mail today (Delhi Circle). And what a relief it has been! Medical exam has been scheduled on 22nd.
I called them earlier today and practically begged them to keep it after UPSC mains exam (ends on 20th). Looks like my wish was granted. 😃

Hi anyone selected for kolkata circle. needed to know if thay hav received any communication from banks end for med exam and joining. any idea abt tentative dates. I tried contacting them on the phone no. supplied in congratulatory letter but its never picked. pl reply any alternate no. if anyone has it
What is the training schedule or how does the POs go about.
How many months of classes or skilling and from when does the rural stint and on job training start.
In weeks or months, timelines would help.

well meanwhile I was reading the Handbooks for SBI officers, (I was looking for it from while, as I wanted to know about other allowances ,remembered as my dad had such hand book too) in page no.552 it states that -

27.10 TRAINING OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS/TRAINEE OFFICERS 27.10.1 Training Schedule of Probationary /Trainee Officers
The training schedule for Probationary Officers/Trainee Officers has been prepared keeping in view the need to prepare them to face the dynamics of the emerging Banking scenario. The present training schedule of POs?/TOs would be as under:
i. Their actual institutional and on-the-job Branch training be for a period of 1 year.
ii. They will be placed as regular officers during the second year of their probation with full passing powers as applicable to the post they hold.
iii. After 2 years they will be eligible for confirmation as JMGS I or MMGS II depending on their qualifying marks in the confirmation test/ interview. The training schedule for Probationary, is detailed below : FIRST YEAR OF PROBATION: INSTITUTIONAL TRAINING (I posted it above )
Second Year of Probation:
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING IN BRANCHES
Sl. No On-the Job Training Period Weeks
1. First 2 Branches (non-BPR Centre) - To include General Banking (GB) & Retail Banking (Per & SME) and Agri Business - 17 weeks RCPC & MRT - 4 weeks (two weeks each) - 21 weeks (5 months)
2. Second Branch (BPR centre) - To include General Banking (Per- NRI, SME, Govt., IB) 10 (2 ½ months)
3. Business Processing Cells (BPR Centre) 11 (2 ¾ months) RACPC - 2 weeks SMECC - 2 weeks SARC - 2 weeks TFCPC - 1 week Clearing/Pension/LCPC - 3 weeks HLST/MPST -1 week
Total 42 weeks !!
They will be placed as regular officers during the second year of their probation with full passing powers as applicable to the post they hold i.e. Rs 2,00,000/- for cash and Rs 5,00,000/- for transfer transactions.

what is the identity we need to carry for the medical examination???Will pan card/aadhar card will do???Or should I paste my photograph on a white paper and sign on it and attest it with a gazetted officer??? Please help I need to go by this wednesday....
