Puys... i have been selected in SBI PO and am currently working in a private company. Do i have to submit my discharge and service certificate at the time of joining? Coz to get a discharge certificate,I will have to pay an amount of 2 lakh rupees as I am in a bond with my current employer. A heavy loss!!

someone asked answer on... why moving from IT to banking...am just giving my answer for them as i promised to do it after getting selected......
Before that let me share my answer for similar question at HAL interview 2 years back... why IT to ENGG...i was so frustrated during my earlier career in IT so i totally let it out the actual reasons....i actually did manual testing throughout my career....and people i have met during that phase were namoone or items who cant plan things well for even a day....so answer was i do manual testing which can be done by any 10th passed out...it is so boring work...monotonous....always used to worry kaha phas gaya main....overtime...never mentioned about management though....kind of stuff....then their question was what if here work is boring for which i was dumbstruck...instead had i said that i belong to ENGG background and joined IT to become financially stable and moving back to my field of interest then i would have got more chances to land in HAL then....i wanted to be truthful and it ended that way 😃
After clearing SBI written....by this time i have seen the good side of IT for an year and recently moved to similar ill managed monotonous proj....but now am not that frustrated....having learnt that every field has idiots and scholars and learnt that even if i land up in some other company r field will face the same management and mundane work....actually feeling same way as i felt with good second proj....reason being i have learnt to accept things and make the best i can rather than sulking ki this field sucks...value less work...poor management and i cant handle it anymore...
for SBI PO PI i answered...short and sweet answer...an answer that ensures them that am moving not coz i hate IT nor bcoz management sucks...which is true now as hatred /poor management /getting treated as shit all are relative terms and just vary for different people based on their comparisons IT vs BANKING/BANKING vs SSC/CORE vs IT/GOVT JOB vs PRIVATE JOB....
my answer was....manual testing is third priority in IT in scope for learning...as it is limited and i wont learn the actual things going on ....as the learning scope varies with role in descending order Developer(knowing it all) then automation or support(knowing little of coding here and there)...finally manual knowing just front end things like click button...click link....navigate through pages kind of stuff...so moving out of IT....
and as luck also favored me...they never tried to pull my leg nd bug me more on this answer....reason behind luck might be am the first person to be interviewed in hyd
so better answer it your way...in positive and without hesitation....as to answer it that way ...only thing we can do is find the answer ourselves...rather than following someone...as this changes ur future....if selected 😃

SBI PO clear karne walon ko bohut bohut badhaaiyaan. Ab sirf ek minti hain aap logon se, krupaya IBPS PO ke interview mein naa jaaye aur 1000+ aur berozgaar yuvaon ko bank me naukri karne ka avsar pradaan karein. Dhanyavaad. Bhagwaan aap logon ko khush rakkhein. 🙏
