This is a desperate attempt to know where i am getting wrong. Please help me if possible. I know the marks card will say everything but want to listen your part.
I had an attempt of 125 in OBC category.An according to records of mocks, some where i would have been getting 95-100 marks. And descriptive was also not that bad, only could not conclude the essay part. According to me my GD/PI was not that bad,

But i did not have the passing certificate of 12th and an undertaking was taken, does certificate deficiency leaves a bad impression on the panelist like he is not serious about the job. I am really not able to find out where i am getting wrong. Please help.
