there is this single line mentioned in my provisional degree certificate "During his stay in the college his conduct and behavior was found satisfactory", so can this provisional degree certificate will work as character certificate????

bio data form ke pt.15 me kya bharna hai. kya jo exam (like ibps) abhi tak diye hai unki detail deni hai ya kisi company ke liye apply kiya hai to uski.

can we get the character certificate from branch head of a nationalized bank? I'm confused coz the call letter says a gazetted officer/MLA/MLC but the bio-data form says gazetted officer/MLA/MLC/branch head of SBI or any nationalized bank.
