Is there any Bond in SBI Po,if any ,what is the compensation one has to pay?

Can anyone help me on this ? Is it necessary that the college character certificate has the words " character certificate " printed on the subject line ? Becoz the certificate which was issued by my college just says " To whom it may concern " and then the relevant details regarding character. Will this format be ok ? What about you all ?
