Puys...is the interview venue decided on the basis of your home state or the state in which you appeared in the exam? Also is there preferential allotment in one's home state after final selection?

guys i m working with state govt. organization COMFED from last 2 months( in sbi form, i have written no work experience and no job as i was not selected in comfed by that time) on contract basis according 2 which i can leave my job with 3 months pre-notice or by giving 3 month salary.
now my question is do i need to give noc at the time of interview as i am on contract basis??
if my company dont give me noc what are the option available to me??

guys i have cleared sbi po.i have 2 doubts
1. i still haven't received any sms..m i the only one left ? or anyone else also?
2.While filling SBI PO application form, i mentioned the 'date of passing graduation' as 1.6.2011 whereas on the certificate it is something else..Will it create a problem?? anyone having previous experience pls comment..

Regarding semester transcripts, i have the transcript of compilation of the grade sheets of all semesters which was given at the end of my graduation... not individual grade sheets for each semester ..i have checked last years SBI bio data form where in they have asked for semester wise CGPA .... how to deal with this?
