I am looking for how much TCS pays for experienced (3.5 yrs, J2ee Developer) BCA graduate? Because this week-end I have walk-in, I need idea for negotiation. Currently I am earning around 2.1 L (yes, low ctc). Also I heard lot of negatives about policy for BCA/Bsc graduates in TCS is it true? (like no hike during recession for bsc ppl etc)
