@guru_124papa yr last yr 1 apr ko result aya tha or 18 apr ko joining thi , iss saal dekho kya hota h, ye 28 feb b fix nahi h coz sail pe bharosa nahi kia ja sakta

bhai log mechanical se 4 logo ko liye hai ISRO me..

aprx 116 ko intrvw me cal kiya tha..

so ratio of selection = 116/4= 29 i.e 1:29 ratio me selection..

isse acha to xm hi ni lena chahiye..

380 ko cal tha intrvw ke liye.....

As far as ISRO is concerned, they don't necessarily have to show - ALL INDIA. Actually ISRO is a scientific organization and they ask much complicated in interview. Also, I had heard that they do a thorough background checking and hence probability of selecting wrong candidates almost approaches 0. They want to increase competition drastically. 1:29 as mechanical and 1:25 (approx) for electronics is just a safety figure to ensure that even if 70% of candidates called do not appear for interview, competition remains heavy. My friend's elder brother was interviewed in 2008 and his interview went for around 34 minutes and a few seconds. So, you can calculate what interview they take. Sometimes, they ask case study oriented questions too in interview (personality testing). There were cases of ISRO asking even X - XII level simple questions to candidates to test their basics and memory. I guess they do multi - level testing in interview. So, it is not recommended to blame them for something they are totally innocent of.

BTW, any body having irrefutable reliable info on what is recent SAIL update? Please dictate as per your expertise.

Notification for the SAIL MT (T/A) 2013 is likely to be out by April last week.
