Aj January k last din dekhte hain..SAIL ka mood hai result declare karne ka is month me.... ya next month me...ya fir uske next month......
as i knw people get posted to the plant nearer to his/her location.....
as my senior said jamshedpur and ranchi people get posted in rourkela and bokaro....
and bokaro-dhanbad people get posted in burnpur- durgapur....
last year 3 aprl ko result aya tha nd 18 aprl ko medical nd joining thi.... nd dis time dey wont giv more dan 15 day to join after declaration of result.. i suppose.....

gate ki sabse badi vidambna ye h dost , ki uch hi logo ko sari opportunities mil jayegi or bakio ko pure ek sal ka wait karna padega,,, indirectly it wil lead to more unemployed er. kyuki jiska 5 psu me hoga wo join to ek hi karega or baki 4 log berojgaar reh jayenge ya pvt me apne talent k sath compromise kar rahe honge....
