We can make a new method so as to eliminate fakers. Along with announcing their marks, let those whose RRB's are yet to publish their results, declare their roll numbers. We can easily say whether they are faking or not. Mine is :142606126 RRB Bangalore. EveryOne else can declare their Roll numbers as well.
