Normalisation is the tool of HERA -PHERI in all rrb . By asking ,they often say it confidential . What is confidential it is FBI or RAW files or there is national security matter.
What function and formula used in Normalisation they will never reveal .

frnds! last week i met a guy from hoogly in railwy hospital lucknow, I was there for my frns medical test, the guy was selected in cen01/2012 as je mech from kolkata board, and he came for medical checkup in lucknow, he was alotted to rail coach factory raibareily, i asked him twice that did he applied for rrb kolkata, he said yes, he was also confused why he posted in raibareily, but he told where there is vacancy anyone may be posted,, I could nt asked for cut off or his marks, bcoz I had nt get enough time for any further conversation,, can anyone throw some light on this matter ?
Yar muzaffarpur ki final list tak a gayi aur kisiko finally selected kisi ladke ke marks nahi maloom? Kisike dost ne bhi nahi bhara tha kya muzaffarpur se? Agar kisi ko bhi genuinely idea ho muzaffarpur ke sse cutoff ka to batao bhaiyon.

How do they normalise the scores?
do they bring all papers on par with a formula and then make a new list out of that? Then, those who come within the merit criteria get selected, is it so?
That means, easiest sets will lose marks, whereas tougher ones gain. But is it true that the reduction could stand anywhere between 2 to 5 marks? Could anybody enlighten the procedure?
If anybody who took up their exams from RRB Bangalore (SSE only), could you please tell me how green and yellow sets were? I'm from red. Please do comment only if you have taken up your exam from RRB Bangalore.
In the current Complan Ad, the young kid shouts "aAkhir ye khata kya hai". Probably the kid would now shout at RRB saying "akhir ye aata kab hai" in the wake of the results to come. probably we should ask all the folks in RRB to drink Complan and publish the results faster.
Or somebody suggest Glucovita Bolts, that will be better.
