As far as i know There would be normalization in both je and sse and there would be cutoff for different post not dept(likemech,elec).correct me if i am wrong.
Rrb siliguri je exam me all students ko yellow colour ka set mila tha...
rrb mumbai je exam red set several questions ( around4) with more than one option correct. inform rrb mumbai

RRB Kolkata,Expecting 91-93 in SE (Electronics & Comm. Branch), SC Category... I have no idea of the cutoffs in the previous years.This time, i just gave a chance as i have interest in working in Railways. Can u guys tell me if there is ny chances.. ?

Bhai@jasmeet.gtbit kyun aisa rumour faila rhe ho? Tumhe kisne kaha ki sse ka cutoff min 90 hoga? Ajtak rrb ke history mein na aisa hua na kabhi hoga! Cutoff can never cross 90 rather it will be much lower.Dont spread such news.No one can know anythng about cutoff since no rrb publishes that except rrb bilaspur.And you cant compare bilaspur case with oder rrbs! Only one way is to file RTI & get information.Just like @aurkomechie has collectd them from differnt sources & prepared a range based on them.Although the range may change but not to a very high extent.Last time same thing happend I dont know whether there is any thread of RRB CEN 01/2012 here on pagalguy or not but many friends of my own brother were throwing such high marks(not surprising though since qsn paper was easier then) but none got selectd! And this time qsn paper is harder accordng to my brother & many oder older candidtes.For mech/electrical guys getting 80+(UR) is considerd a safe score & for civil its even lower! And if rrb makes any such rule of elimination as mentioned & discussed before, no bigbro can do anything.Its rrb's right to create any new round,rule if its required to judge merit properly.There are many candidtes who do such wild guesses & score high.Do whatever you can like file a court case,do RTI etc. u will become old with your grandchildren getting jobs but will never get your desired outcome.You can search internet to see so many pending cases. RRB maintains a honest evaluation of merit for hardworking candidates.No place for "tukkebaji"in rrb! :P .
And have a little respect for rrb.They too know that questions are differnt in 3 sets so obviously normalisation will be done.No doubt in dat.Tough sets will get benefitted & easier has to loose marks but that differnce will be very little...
Expect results in March with a +ve mindset. :)

DMS(Depot Material Superintendent) comes under JE.
There are 6 seats(3 gen+3obc) in rrb kolkata.....what should be the obc cutoff??

OBC - 78 to 88
SC / ST - 74 to 80
