i have 6/6 in both eyes but power of eyes -1.5 & -1.75. am i eligible in A-3 posts?

Guys please help....Yesterday when i was trying to complete my last stage in modifying application it was showing SERVER BUSY error.But now it showing that MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN REGISTERED ALREADY, I CANT PROCEED FURTHER...

i have modified my J.E. secundrabad to J.E. mumbai.
but after filling all the required details at the time of submission it shows an message that
"your details is already registered in rrb, mumbai with the registration no "xyz....." . you cannot proceed with the another registration as would become duplicate application"
what i do ,please help
