Which JE post is the best in terms of less workload, sufficient amount of free time etc. (irrespective of departments)?

rrb bhopal and bilaspur was declared cutoff marks in normalise percentage.i dont know how to calculate and then i was searching
finally i got .how to calculate.
Example :
Suppose we have , 13711 Candidates in a Board ABCD and a Candidate who has scored 60% of Board marks has 6865 Candidates below him; his Percentile score will be calculated as follows
percentile score for 60% of board marks= 6865/13711*100
percentile=50.07
so friends if it is true please comment
and friends i got 77 marks (after deducted negative marks of 1/3)
