Frnzz it is just to clear doubt..One of my frnd told me that  being in JE or SSE, promotional aspect are the same...means both will be allowed to write exams for gazetted post after stipulated time..and if that exam is cleared even a JE  will also be promoted to the gazetted post....Please, if someone has any information with regards to this kindly reply...
