Yaar ek cheez samajh me nai aaya 2010 ki rrb ki sse/je ki vacancies abhi bhi (2015 tak) fill ki jaa rahi,2012 ki bhi abhi tak fill ki jaa rahi ....mera sawal ye h ki agar vacancy 2012 me aayi thi sse/je ki vacancy toh 2010 waale ki vacant seats ko include karke 2012 me kyu nai nikala gaya?????yaani jis saal ki recruitment hoti h ussi saal ke selected candidates se fill karte h kya chahe uske baad kitni bhi je/sse ki recruitment vacancy kyu na aaye
