If a candidate shortlisted for CA/TA who is also shortlisted for other good govt posts eg Ssc,bank po etc ..But attends DV and medical but skips job for other good posts.. will that job will be available for waiting list candidate in CA/TA.. Pls genuine reply...

in 2012 ...rrb kolkata....ASM seats UR 85......UR 32 candidates from waiting list selected....and in GG  UR 91 seats....UR 40 selected from waiting list......so guys waiting cnfm ho sakti hai 50%..
