based of following assumptions/logic
1. post wise Cut off cbt 1 will matter in screening
2. reserved category people will get seat mostly from there respective category not from UR seats......suppose an SC category person gets 62 marks in CBT 1 that means he is qualified for pway and works from UR category and in CBT 2 he gets 90 marks which means he is eligible for UR but only for Pway and works....and most probably he would have chosen design as his first prefernece then irrespective of pway from UR category he will get Design from Reserved Seat
3. bridge cutoff will be lowest bcus ...most of applicant put design or work as their first prefernece and definately toppers will get them...
4. there are many students who did not have much knowledge of technical portion as most of toppers in cbt 1 are those who are preapring for non tech exams and they are eligible for all the post which means design and bridge will have low competition ....as i personally saw some students who were saying that they cant get even 20 marks in tech...and also studnets sitting behind me and beside me have attempted 90-95 ques in civil and are of UR category...and everyone know its very difficult to maintain accuracy of even 80 percent ....
5. there are various zones therfore toppers get separted in various zones ..
6. acc to past cutoff of Chandigarh many good students did not applied form Chandigarh and students who were aware are those who were preparing hard and most of the good students preparing in delhi filled form from ajmer and Allahabd
note: pls do not argue if u think cbt 1 score will not matter ....bcus result will clear ur doubt or either my doubt ....

Bhai sabke marks aur seat dekhte huye rrb kolkata civil ka toh 90+ jayega lag raha hai cut off...
