कुछ दिनों पहले सोसाइटी में एक बुज़ुर्ग रहने आये। काफी खुशमिजाज़ और जवांदिल लगते थे। सोसाइटी गेदरिंग में किसी ने पूछा "आपके खुशहाल जीवन का राज़?" उन्होनेँ जवाब दिया" मैं दिन रात सोशल मीडिया पर active रहता हूँ। रोज़ 3 पैकेट सिग्रेट और 2 बोटल व्हिस्की पीता हूँ। जी भर के बर्गर पिज़्ज़ा कोल्ड्रिंक और मनपसन्द खाना खाता हूँ। और हाँ, exercise तो भूले से भी नहीं करता।" हर किसी का मुंह आश्चर्य से खुला रह गया। "उम्र कितनी है आपकी??" किसी ने पूछा बुज़ुर्ग ने जवाब दिया- 26 साल।।।।।।।
