Apart from "customer service" I had to perform the following duties, Attendance record, Loan Defaulter lists, Official work, Administrative work, Clearing cheques, TDS, GBM, CTS, Posting cheques, Town hall meetings, Reaching targets of credits/advances, Facing network issues, Reading circulars, RO and RCC cell, Jewel loan/ G loan, Housing loans, Inter bank payments, NPA Recovery, Sarfaesi act implementation, Work till day-end, Training programs, Term work, Pass book printing, Issuing debit cards/ cheque books, DD challans, Remedial classes, Deputation to rural branches, Discipline, Account openings(only thru HEKYC) advertising bank schemes and PM's yojanas, Annual review meetings, Daily/monthly reports, Higher authorities scoldings, Participates MAHA LOGIN DAY, And 2 to 5 hrs stay after working hrs, And.......... GOD- Please stop! Don't make me cry You have already gone through hell, Welcome to heaven! Dedicated to All those who says banking is an easy job... ✋
