called them today he said that result will be released soon and told me to have patience.I told him iam holding my patience for last 4 months,and he hung up the phone.

They are not attending the calls.. Has anyone called recently?

Called a person who is currently working in RINL, he told that there is no surety when they will publish the result, whenever they will need,they will publish it. It may take 3-4 months.
