Gave GATE mechanical and will be able to manage only a paltry 36 😞 .. no real success but still i am geared up.. paper was tough but i won't say it was screwing..

@ShikharVasisht yes definitely.. sail and cil have vacancies for cse and also vacancies in banks for specialist IT officers .. IBPS is conducting specialist officers exam.. have u applied ??

@psuhunter I have applied for IBPS IT Officer Scale-2. Are you sure that SAIL and CIL have vacancies for CSE? Can you share any previous notification?

That would be good man.. Actually I believe that SAIL and CIL don't hire CSE graduates !

my gate score 2013 mechanical is 47.67 and AIR-2470. any chance for psu or good college?(gen category)

@disha7 very bleak chance for a psu call.. very difficult but still keep ur fingers crossed.. with air 2470 you can definitely get a good college .. apply in all iit's and ccmt (nit counselling).. ur definitely going to get a good nit .. 100% sure.. but regarding priority of nit's i can give u detailed analysis.. i myself am doing masters in thermal engineeing from birla institute of technology 😃 after gate 2012.. for any specific detail ..mail me at [email protected]..
