Hi,

I have a query regarding refree reports to schools.

There are 2 refree reports that we need to fill.

for me, one of the report will be filled by my account manager.

and the other by my client.

The problem is he has known me only for 3 months. But why I choose him is that I am currently working as a Technical Architect for a high visibility project. There are only 4 members in the team apart from me,all with an experience of more than 15 years. This has a huge organizational impact at client side and within this time, I have already made some strides and was able to contribute a signifiant amount. I was thinking this will show both my specialising in IT and ability to scale new technology at a fast pace.

Is it ok or should I ask my ex-team leader whom I known for more than 1.5 years to be my refree. The only disadvantage is that I won't be able to show that my profile is different from a developer, if my team leader is giving it

Also, what is the norm for refree reports
1) 2 reports from work place or
2) one each from work and social places.
