Will Rbi consider changing 60% criteria in 2018 exam..feels bad sitting in the sideline and watch such a prestigious exam getting passed by....

As i was going through the finance books, there are many rules and guidelines ( for example: listing norms for companies in stock exchanges etc). Are they important or can i skip that part?

hi there,i have been preparing for bank exams and other government exams since 2015,i am an engineer graduate and initially i was giving gate but i got almost nothing from it,i started appeasring for bank exams ,i ha e appeared for many mains but yet to make it into interviews,after watching radhey baid,hardik mehta,i am confused like do i belong to rbi grade b officer preparation club,i want to know if there are people like me who are not serious upsc aspirant and yet think they could make it.i just need to know i am not alone in the sea of candidates appearing for rbi grade b
